JayBax understands that pets are family. Our pet policy welcomes cats and dogs in most homes with approval from management. Typically residents may have up to two pets per apartment and dogs must meet a maximum weight limit of around 40 pounds; certain breeds may require additional screening. A modest one-time pet deposit and a recurring monthly pet rent apply, and all pets must be current on vaccines and licenses where required by local law. Please keep dogs leashed in shared areas, scoop waste promptly, and respect quiet hours to preserve the peaceful, neighborly atmosphere that defines JayBax. On-site walking paths and convenient trash and pet stations make petcare easy, and our responsive team is available to discuss exceptions or accommodations during the application process.
Pet-Friendly Living at JaxBay
We love pets at JaxBay, and well-behaved dogs and cats are welcome. For everyone’s comfort and safety, please keep pets leashed or in a carrier in all shared and outdoor common areas, and under your control at all times. Do not leave pets unattended in shared spaces, and help maintain a peaceful environment by preventing excessive barking, whining, or disruptive behavior. Always pick up after your pet—waste bags and bins are available in designated areas. Pets are not permitted in pools, fitness rooms, food-prep areas, or any posted no-pet zones, except as required by law. Owners are responsible for any pet-related damage, odors, pests, or extra cleaning. Pets should be house-trained and up to date on vaccinations; aggressive behavior may result in removal from the property. Service animals are always welcome in accordance with applicable laws. Please also be mindful of guests who may be allergic or uncomfortable around animals and keep a respectful distance in crowded spaces.
