Pet Policy
Cats and dogs are welcome in most JaxBay homes with management approval, with up to two pets per apartment under the published policy.
Welcoming Pets at JaxBay
JaxBay’s published policy welcomes well-behaved cats and dogs in most homes. Management approval is required, and pet-count, weight, or breed restrictions may apply. Contact leasing before applying to confirm the written requirements for the apartment you are considering.
A one-time pet deposit and recurring monthly pet rent apply. Because amounts and restrictions can change, ask leasing to confirm current charges and approval criteria before submitting an application.

Shared-Space Etiquette
Keep pets leashed or in a carrier and under control in shared and outdoor common areas. Pets should not be left unattended in shared spaces. Owners are expected to pick up waste promptly, use designated disposal areas, and prevent excessive barking, whining, or other disruptive behavior.
Pets should be house-trained and kept out of posted no-pet areas except where required by law. Be considerate of neighbors and guests who may be allergic to or uncomfortable around animals.
Care and Owner Responsibility
Pets should be current on vaccinations and licenses where required by local law. Owners are responsible for pet-related damage, odors, pests, and additional cleaning. Aggressive behavior may result in removal from the property under the published policy.
JaxBay identifies on-site walking paths and designated pet stations for everyday routines. Contact the property team for the current locations, supplies, and community-use expectations.
Service and Assistance Animals
Service and assistance animals are handled under applicable law and separately from ordinary pet terms. Contact management for the current accommodation process, documentation guidance, or help discussing an exception during the application process.
