This page describes the JaxBay website and identifies third-party services with their own privacy practices.
Information You Choose to Share
When you submit a contact or tour form, the website processes the name, email address, optional phone number, preferred tour date, selected interest, message, source page, and submission time you provide. The information is used to route your inquiry to the Jax Bay leasing team, send a confirmation to the email address you provide, and respond to you.
Submitted inquiries enter a private delivery queue. The primary delivery service is attempted first and retried only after a failure; a configured email provider is used as a fallback only after repeated primary-delivery failures.
Text-Message Preference and Consent Evidence
Phone and text-message consent are optional. If you make a selection, the website records the submitted phone number, whether it passed the accepted format rules, your YES or NO consent status, the disclosure version, a server receipt time, the source page, form context, event ID, and lead destination. The server records YES only when the checkbox is selected with a valid phone number and a recognized disclosure version.
These operational records may be retained to document the communication preference attached to the inquiry, investigate delivery issues, and support opt-out handling. Contact Jax Bay to ask a privacy question or update a communication preference.
Technical Records
The hosting provider may keep routine technical logs such as an IP address, requested URL, browser information, and timestamp for security, reliability, and diagnostics. Retention and access depend on the deployed hosting environment.
External Services
Application and resident-account links open external services. Those providers process information under their own notices and terms. Review their policies before submitting personal information.
Form delivery providers process submitted inquiry details on JaxBay’s behalf. The rebuilt site does not include the advertising, analytics, chat, call-button, or tracking services found in the archived capture.
